Over half the dealerships do have special car sales anywhere between once a month to four times a year. Take a little time out of your day, call around, and see when the dealerships are having their sells. Schedule time to go look or even buy a car at this time.

Another place you can find some special car sales are at auctions. If you have auctions around you try going to them. Talk to them about how much, if any, repairs need to be done to the cars. If it sounds like a good deal to you stay and bid. Finding special deals is not that bad if you will take time to look around.
