Some restrictions to the free insurance
may include limited period, limited coverage, and coverage for repair or
restricted by local laws. You may have free insurance for seven, 30 or 60 days
before you have to cover the car yourself. The insurance program may not cover
all possible accidental damage or collision repairs or your county may restrict
the coverage of said insurance within the boundaries. Some dealers offer this
incentive as a bonus or as a gift to new customers or for loyalty. It is a
great marketing tool to attract new customers but may be a bit costly in the
