You need to have the upper hand and be prepared with the right knowledge, documents and have a steady hand with the sales staff. No bribes but appearances can be lead to a better price for you. You need to be firm but not overly ridiculous in the amount that you are willing to pay for a car. Be reasonable and you may end up driving home with a new ride today.
